Arkadaşlar, bu iş için belediyeye belli bir para ödenmesi karşılığında belediyeden gönderilecek görevlinin evin 2 kişinin yaşamasına uygun olduğuna dair kağıt vermesi neticesinde bunu
vize başvurusu sırasında kullanabilme imkanı olduğunu okumuştum. Yani evin büyüklüğü 2 kişinin yaşamasına uygundur vs..

bu işleme ne ad veriliyor ingiltere'de ??? belediye'ye gitti bizimkisi böyle bir şeyi bilen olmadığını söyledi, belki kendisi yanlış ifade etti bilemiyorum.

Libra, ilgili belgenin adı ''property inspection report''.

Ayrıca, danışmanlıklar çok da şart bi belge olmadığını ama pozitif bir etki yapacağını söylüyorlar.

tamamda bunu kim veriyor, belediye mi yoksa housing associaton denilen kurum mu? orasını çözemedim.

1. It should be owned or legally occupied by the sponsor.
2. There should be a letter from the housing association explaining that it allows the applicant to stay.
3. There should be a report from a surveyor or from housing association telling about the size of the house, the number of rooms etc.
4. The presence of the applicant should not violate the terms of overcrowding as defined in the Housing Act 1985.
5. The fact that the sponsor is in receipt of housing benefit and council tax will not matter.
6. A couple will require only 1 bedroom and they have to make sure that others staying in the house (children) have their own space.
7. The applicant will not use public funds to pay for accommodation, though the sponsor can.

When an visa application is made to the British High Commission for Entry Clearance into the United Kingdom, they may request that you:

"Obtain an independent assessment of the number of rooms and occupants of the proposed accommodation. A report from a suitably qualified body certifying that a personal inspection has been carried out and giving details of accommodation inspected is usually acceptable for this purpose. Above all, the Entry Clearance officer must be satisfied that the accommodation will not become overcrowded within the definition of the Housing Act 1985 or that it will not contravene public health regulations."
